Don's primary focus is to help our financial advisors effectively grow and scale their wealth management business. Don previously worked for the business development team at Guardian and Park Avenue Securities where he assisted financial advisors across the country in growing their businesses and expanding on the product suite available to them and their clients. Before joining Guardian, Don started his career at Vanguard and spent several years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he worked as a financial advisor and a product and practice management specialist.
